At Spos Kommitee, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for tickets purchased for Spos em Spikja performances.
Full refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time
- The ticket must not have been previously refunded or cancelled
- The event has not yet taken place
Refunds will NOT be issued:
- For requests made less than 24 hours before the event start time
- After the event has already occurred
- For no-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation)
- For partial ticket orders (all tickets in an order must be refunded together)
If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the timing:
- You will be notified via WhatsApp as soon as possible
- You may choose between a full refund or transferring your tickets to the new date (if applicable)
- Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically within 5-10 business days
To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your event:

- Include your ticket number and the name associated with the order
- State that you would like to request a refund
- We will confirm your refund request and provide an estimated processing time

Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once the refund has been processed
Approved refunds will be for the full ticket price paid at the time of purchase:
- Adult tickets: $100 MXN per ticket
- Child tickets: $50 MXN per ticket
No fees or deductions will be applied to eligible refunds.
If you cannot attend but know someone who can, you may transfer your tickets:
- Contact us via WhatsApp to update the name associated with your ticket
- Transfers can be made at any time before the event
- There is no fee for ticket transfers
- The new attendee should present the ticket number at entry
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation that prevents you from attending (such as a medical emergency) and cannot request a refund within the 24-hour window, please contact us:

- Provide documentation if possible
While we cannot guarantee refunds outside our standard policy, we will review each case individually and do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
